I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. Tart Cherry Juice, really? If it has so many health benefits why haven’t I heard about them before? And juice? Isn’t juice filled with sugar which leads to inflammation? Aren’t we all trying to avoid inflammation? But then I dug deeper and there have been studies, real scientific-control-group studies. So I started to read, and I was shocked that more people weren’t talking about this -- that more people weren't drinking this anti inflammatory drink!
